Located at the University of Miami/Jackson
Memorial Medical Center, Holtz is affiliated with the UM Leonard M. Miller
School of Medicine and has more than 110 attending physicians and
specialists. With our experienced medical teams, we offer a variety of services
including routine healthcare and immunizations, child development,
behavioral health and trauma care. Holtz is also home to several specialized
programs for critically ill children, such as
our neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric transplant
program and The Children’s Heart Center.

At Holtz, we believe understanding how

outcome. Our hospital is designed to be kid-friendly with several playrooms for
children of all ages, colorful artwork and programs to help children maintain a
feeling of normalcy. Specialists also work with our young patients to help them
cope with an illness or injury and we offer several support services for
families caring for sick children.
